We are currently looking for a team of two youth leaders
to lead our youth as a team and expand the youth ministry offered.
Basis for employment is around 7-8 hours a week each during term times.

We are a church for people of
all kinds with strong ministry through the age groups
offering peace, hope and

to people from lots of different backgrounds who journey towards God
in unique ways.
St David's belongs to two families of churches - the Presbyterian & Methodist denominations.
The congregations, however, are made
up of people from all church backgrounds
and those with no previous experience of church life.
St David's has four types of
Worship Services
Sunday 9.30am: A general service involving a mixture of more
traditional
and less traditional elements , this service is child friendly
with "Kidz Church"
during term time.
Sunday 11am:
Explore - 'faith is a journey not a destination' a monthly creative,
informal learning
and worshipping experience on the
last Sunday of the month.
Mid Week Service designed for the older person - 1st and 3rd
Wednesdays each month.
This is followed by a shared lunch.
Greenstreet Country Service {on the Ashburton Stavely Road} - 5 times a year.
Our ministers are Revs Alan and Rachel Judge.
They have been with St David’s
since January 2004 and share the care of their son Samuel.
Alan and
Rachel were reappointed in 2008 for a second term of ministry in Ashburton.
Priorities for future mission and ministry at St David’s
· Offer opportunities for people of all ages and life experiences to grow in their spiritual journeys
· Provide a wide range of worship experiences that inspire, encourage and challenge
· Develop our identity as a “Kidz Friendly” Church
· Explore and expand mission opportunities to our community and beyond
· Promote healthy relationships among the
people and leaders of St David’s.
